Description
This is a Womb Lounge Chair and Ottoman, originally designed by Eero Saarinen for Knoll in 1948. This set was manufactured in the USA in 2004. The chair features a seat that is formed of foam-covered molded fiberglass, and it has tubular chromed-steel legs. This example is upholstered in red Cato fabric.
The listed price includes the chair and ottoman to be sold together.
The chair measures 32 inches long, 41 inches wide, and 36.25 inches high, with a seat height of 16 inches. The ottoman measures 20 inches deep, 25.5 inches wide, and 16 inches high. The chromed-steel legs are in nice shape overall, and the fabric shows some visible sun fading and signs of use. Overall, the chair and ottoman are in good condition. Please see photos.
