Description
This is an Eames Aluminum Group Management Desk Chair, model EA335, originally designed by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in 1958. This example was produced in the 1980s. The design sports a solid yet lightweight aluminum frame and is extremely well-made. The upholstery is done in a pink fabric. It offers a tilt feature and has a full 360-degree swivel. This model features a manual lift mechanism.
The chair measures 21.25 inches long, 22 inches wide, and 33 inches high with a seat height of 18.5 inches. This piece does show expected wear from previous use on the seat and base, including light discoloration of the fabric in a few spots. Overall, the piece is in good vintage condition.
