Hans-Agne Jakobsson’s designs in pine veneer were the result of intense investigation into the nature of the material, especially in relation to light. Vaarnii has reengineered these classic Scandinavian lighting designs for the contemporary space.
The Hans Ceiling Lights are visually bold but physically light, generous in size, and emit an appealing pine-filtered glow. Available in two sizes—42 cm and 55 cm—the lights feature the graphic concentric circles of plywood that make this series distinct.
