The gas rangetop has 6 sealed dual-ring brass burners with a total stove top output of 120,000 BTU for simmering delicate tasks like melting chocolate or cooking sauces, giving you the ability to cook up whatever delicious meals you desire. The heavy-duty continuous cast iron grates allow for even heat distribution and maximum stability of cookware mobility over a recessed enamel cooktop cavity which keeps spills and splashes contained and easy to clean.
