The family of Multi-Lite designs helped define a critical, golden era of Danish design. Originally designed in 1972 by Louis Weisdorf, the Multi-Lite Pendant light concept utilizes interlocking pieces to create a dynamic and adaptable light for modern spaces.

Constructed from two sets of metal, spherical, multi-level shades that mirror each other to cast light both up and down, this seemingly complicated design has an innate simplicity. Styled like a split globe, with distinctive Art Deco aesthetics, the Multi-Lite Pendant light is an exemplary piece of asymmetric art.
