Description
This is an ‘Orsay’ Love Seat, initially designed by Gae Aulenti for Knoll International in 1974. The listed price includes one love seat, and we have 2 love seats available for purchase. The design features an enameled-steel frame that is burgundy, and these examples are upholstered in a lighter, coordinating burgundy suede. Each love seat retains its original Knoll labels. This collection was first released in 1976, offering several different silhouettes that one could incorporate. It included lounge seating, side chairs, and high and low tables. Knoll stopped production of this collection in 1999.
Each sofa measures 34 inches deep, 60 inches wide, and is 30 inches high. They have a seat height of 16 inches. The suede upholstery is patinated and has various scuffs and fading, and there are some scratches and nicks on the enameled steel frames. Overall, these sofas are in good condition with signs of use.
