this impressive, early ripening beef steak style tomato has outstanding flavor, yield and disease resistance. Carnival ripens evenly with meaty fruits and few seeds. I find the large, 8 ounce fruits are excellent for slicing on sandwiches and burgers. I also use the tasty fruits in my homemade salads, sauces, and cooked dishes. The short, compact vines produce earlier than celebrity and have good protective footage with vigorous growth.
